How do you stop once you've started?

It's 11 : 30, you go to bed and find out there is a dead body in your closet. You scream. You pull out your gun which you swore you would never use. Sirens in the backround slowly eat you away. You run out of breath...... slowly...... thinking........ about....... the........ last....... time................. you....................... spoke......................... to....................... yourself.
